These broke within 6 months, weren’t particularly comfortable and had pretty underwhelming audio quality overall.

These are terrible. They do not stay connected to bluetooth and require constant troubleshooting. My 3 year old inferior brand ear buds that are one third the cost are 10x better.

Save you some time in comparrison, my girl has cheap 40 dollar tozo earbuds from amazon that she keeps in my picku, the 40 dollar earbuds sound wayyyy better then these 280 dollar trashcans, these are awfull, no base, sounds is basic, anc is almost none-existent. Im going back to azs. Dont waste yourtime or your money.

They were delivered with no power cord. After a long on-line journey to get support and finally a real person, they asked me to send them back for replacement. After over two weeks they finally confirmed my return. And merely gave me credit rather than replacing. Back to the drawing board

Don't expect too much, I guess. Not worth the upgrade if you have the previous generation.

Terrible battery life and not comfortable, causes ear discomfort. It said connected for calls and audio and no one could hear me when they called and i couldn't hear them.

My experience with the powerbeats pro 2 isnt good. The sound isn’t completely bad but not even close to my airpods pro 2 that are cheaper in price now then the powerbeats. For whatever reason when i run or lay on bench the ear tips come out of my ear, you cant connect to exercise machine to see heartbeat and listen to music at the same time, the pulse monitor doesn’t do anything if you wear an apple watch - apple watch overrides the Powerbeats monitor, when tips come out of ears my fingers touch the buttons and either switches songs or mutes the earbuds constantly and the list gors on. Not recommended at this time for sure. Returned mine

For some reason on phone calls im not able to fully hear a person

One major thing missing is what airpods pro 2 call loud noise reduction ... So any sudden loud noise the airpods pro 2 will atcative noise cancelling and then go back to hear threw this beats don't if anything they amp up the volume when a loud noise happens so imagine a pallet hitting the ground times 3 ringing in your ear

I purschase these Powerbeats Pro 2 wanting to like them but i couldn’t due to the weak sound quality. I own the Powerbeats Pro 1 and the sound is much stronger.

Nothing like the older ones. Way more uncomfortable

Low voice sounds cannot be heard on the calls for both sides

Unfortunately, none of the earbuds options fit properly in my ear, therefore there was no noise cancellation happening for me.

Doesnt fit in the ear properly you havr to push it deep in the ear to experience great sound quality but after 10 min it will pop out! WARNING!

Very easy set up and works well with apple products. Using the microphone callers can hear well. My issue with these is the low quality of the sound I expected it to be much much louder. The cost compared to price wasnt worth it. Im really disappointed with this product.

Quickly broke after a month. Sent back to manufacturer. Hoping they send me a pair that works.

I have had these for less than 2 months, and 1 of them does not charge. I can not return them because it is too late. I wanted a good pair of headphones to use to work out with. I thought that is I spent this much money, I would have a great pair.

The newest version is not as good as the previous Beats Pro 2 earpieces. The sound cancellation does not work. I always have static in the background and I can not here the caller.
