The microphone works perfectly and the noise canceling is amazing for them to be earphones. I have the 1st gen and these were a great upgrade.

At first I thought the sound quslity could have been better but I now realize its just right. I would give it 5 stars but for some reason, the left ear does not stay in place, it falls out a good amount of times. Other than that I enjoy using these better than the airpods
