Not worth the cost

The sound isn’t completely bad but not even close to my airpods pro 2 that are cheaper in price now then the powerbeats. For whatever reason when i run or lay on bench the ear tips come out of my ear, you cant connect to exercise machine to see heartbeat and listen to music at the same time, the pulse monitor doesn’t do anything if you wear an apple watch - apple watch overrides the Powerbeats monitor, when tips come out of ears my fingers touch the buttons and either switches songs or mutes the earbuds constantly and the list gors on. Not recommended at this time for sure. Returned mine

I can not return them because it is too late. I wanted a good pair of headphones to use to work out with. I thought that is I spent this much money, I would have a great pair.

So any sudden loud noise the airpods pro 2 will atcative noise cancelling and then go back to hear threw this beats don't if anything they amp up the volume when a loud noise happens so imagine a pallet hitting the ground times 3 ringing in your ear

Using the microphone callers can hear well. My issue with these is the low quality of the sound I expected it to be much much louder. The cost compared to price wasnt worth it. Im really disappointed with this product.

They are the only earbuds that stay in my ear during exercise. I was excited to see the new upgrades. Wireless charging, ANC and smaller real estate. Unfortunately the main selling point of using Powerbeats pro for me, staying in me ears during exercise, is non existent with this new design. I tried all of the ear pieces and none of them would stay put in my ear. I think because they are shallower and the ear loop is also made differently. I really tried to like them but had to return them

Online chat told me to bring my item into store and they would either get new earbuds or replace the entire purchase. I went to the store and the manager said there was nothing I could do except return the item. He was rude and dismissive.

The sound, noise cancellation and volume is no where near the AirPod Pro 2. Would not work with my Garmin Edge 540 cycling computer. I returned it.
