The Best Buy staff is always courteous and helpful, and my recent purchase of Beats headphones was no exception. The headphones themselves are a great product with impressive sound quality, and I was very pleased with them. However, I’ve since become more accustomed to using Apple headphones and decided to upgrade to the new Apple Pro 3. The return and exchange process was seamless and stress-free, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, Best Buy continues to provide excellent service and support with every purchase.

I love my ear buds!! They were perfect for my road trip from OH to MS. I had hours oh music and phone calls. And they fit comfortably for the 12+ hour drive. Now that was the real test!

these are great. I did buy them refurbished though Best Buy which was not as advertised. it did not come in the original packaging like the description said. the headphones themselves were great. they fit well and the connection to my phone was flawless. they have great features for surround sound, noise cancelling and heart beat monitoring.

These for very nice and sounds great. I purchased some JBL ones and they sounded awful so I returned them for these.

Definitely can say that these are the best earbuds I’ve ever used, they’re really comfortable and are very durable. I definitely recommend getting them as they are very worth it:)

So far these have proven to be with the price. They sound good and stay seated on my ears. Haven't had long enough to give thoughts on battery life

I have been using Powerbeats for years and was excited to get the newest version. First thing I’ll say about these is that the eartips they come with is not the greatest. They do not provide a good seal and I had to go through a couple different batches of replacement tips to find the right ones. Secondly, if you wear glasses, the earbuds may make your ear sore after sometime. The best solution I have found to this, is hooking the ear hook to the temple of the glasses. And the noise canceling is pretty good! Overall these are a good pair of headphones, but with some caveats.

This Powerbeats earbuds is very good, gentle and not irritated on ears, also that Noise Cancelling is working well and i feel good and able to enjoy my music on the phone while exercising or walking outside.

These headphones fit perfectly. They don’t move at all. I recommend these for working out. The noise cancellation is ok but not great.

Great quality, connects to your device with ease. Can be sometimes mute the calls due to accidental button press but it's no big deal
