Extremely Low volume and no bass

A friend of mine had a similar experience, noting excellent call quality but extremely low music volume, even at maximum. I personally experienced the same issue at the Apple Store, as did three employees. Even a replacement pair exhibited the same low volume. My AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods 4 offer a superior listening experience by comparison.

Powerbeats 1 is better

Epic Fail!
