Something you might not know just by looking at them is that when you set them up in their app/website, there is a fitting session where you try on different ear sizes to see which fits in each ear the best, based on audio testing and other factors

Only issues I had is putting them on. I kept hitting the button and the fit wasn’t 100% tight.

So far none of issues from the first version such as one side not charging or connecting. Love the choice for normal, transparency or noise reduction, and I love big simple pause button and volume controls on the devices.

Reminds me of the Chicago Bears sound quality is exceptional. I would buy this twice. Great product love the fact that if you buy from Best Buy and you don’t like it, they give you two weeks to fall in love or get a divorce meaning you can return it and they don’t hold it against you. Their return policy is the best I’ve ever seen.
