Love the Quality of sound the size is great for working out and walking

Both your tips seem to work fine and feel comfortable, However , after a while , the tips started to hurt and the tips had to be removed. The sound quality is very good, Perhaps the settings for trebble and bass need to be adjusted In the app. This is a good price for this set compared to Is there original pricing.

The price for the beats are a little high for the quality I expected , I compared them to a logitech headphones I purchased some years ago which I paid about 70 dollars for and they sounded great. Not saying that these dont sound great but for the price i paid for these a little over 200 dollars I'm just a little disappointed

Ok, this was my 2nd attempt at buying a pair of powerbeats. The 1st attempt was from an unnamed online retailer whose CEO just launched himself into space. Well, at least they gave me my money back. From a purchasing perspective, buying them from Best Buy was just so much easier. I actually got my product and in a timely manner! The previous retailer lowered the bar greatly. Ok, now onto the powerbeats themselves... I am actually mixed on my opinion... I have them connected to my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S10). When they work as you would expect, they are awesome! With the hooks, they stay in/on my ear and do not fall out. My previous ear insert ones would fall out if you looked at them funny. Now, for my issue, sometimes the audio just cuts out for no reason! It seams to happen mostly when I am around another technology device like our home laptop. Most of the time, placing them in the charger to reset them and/or rebooting my phone resolves the issue. I didn't get Geek Squad protection so I am not calling them, and it hasn't gotten to the point for me to contact the manufacturer. It is just disappointing as I would have expected perfection because of the price.

The quality of the product is awesome but the price can be more reasonable.

Beats are high quality headphones without the high price tag! I have bought 4 different pairs of Beats and they all have great sound quality, noise cancellation, and excellent bass!

The headphones hurt my ears too much. I had to return them. Sound quality was decent but comfort was not

Work great I don’t suggest getting the geek squad protection plan because as long as there is a apple warranty Best Buy won’t fix and by the time the apple warranty is up so is the geek squad so basically you can save a little cash by not purchasing the extra protection plan

I had lost my wireless Dr Dre Earphones with a cord to connect the two Earphones around the back of my head/neck The tech at the Geek station talk to me and told me that the Dr Dre-Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones were the best Earphone available, even better than the I phone wireless earphones. He was 100% correct as I had tried the I Phone Earphone and did not work very well at all.

I like the fact that they will not fall off my ears no matter what, and the sound great too

I've used various earbuds but none of them come closer to the Powerbeats Pro. They're totally worth the price. The out-of-box settings are more than enough for everyday use but I'd recommend you tune the equalizer to get the best sound. Don't think twice, just get it.
