Not sure if it is a bug and needing an update. Other than that I like the sound, the bass and the clarity of calls

Very reliable barring random failure

Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. It’s the only thing stopping these from being a perfect pair of earphones for me.

The usage is completely different. Sound is no different from Airpods pro. Depends on the location. The best use of there are Gym. These can be used like Airpods pro to enable outside voices to come in by simply pull them out a little bit from the ear. They still hand to the ear, you can listen to music and also the surroundings. Fabulous buy at a discounted price at Bestbuy.

Husband loves his Powerbeats!they

He wears them throughout the entire day with no issues. He talks on his cellphone endlessly with these and the charge lasts. As a matter of fact he leaves the case at home and puts his beats back in the case to recharge before bed(sometimes this is well after midnight). They are great. For me they were worth the price!

You have to practice putting them on, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite simple. Be sure to change the removable earpiece, if you need to, so it fits your earhole. Clear sounding, both receiving and speaking. It is also very simple to change over from I-phone to laptop. Great for Zoom Meetings.
