    Really good for distance running

I wear wireless earphones while running. (I run 5 days a week.) For years, I had I had used a series of Plantronics bluetooth earphones, but they tended to fail after about 1.5 years. After my most recent set of Plantronics earphones bit the dust, I decided to splurge and bought a pair fo Powerbeats Pro wireless earphones. The sound was tinny, and the right earphone stopped working after one day. Best Buy let me exchange for a new pair, and the new pair works great. The sound is just fine for what I need--music while running long distances (4-20 miles). I am not that interested in fine tuning the aural experience. I don't have a high-tech stereo set up to listen to music all day or a surround-sound system for my TV. All I care about is decent stereo with adequate frequency range. The PowerBeats Pros meet this expectation. I like the volume rockers on both earpieces. My previous bluetooth headphones required users to press a small button to incrementally raise the volume and press-and-hold the same button to lower the volume. The volume rockers on the PowerBeats are much simpler and more convenient to use. I think the biggest plus is the almost-seamless functionality with my Apple devices. I have an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, iMac, and Apple TV. The PowerBeats works with all of them with most of the same features as AirPods. For instance, if I'm listening to sound from my AppleTV, just taking one earpiece out will pause the video. The only real downside with the Apple compatibility is that when I switch devices, I have to manually connect the PowerBeats to the new device. So, if I'm listening to a show broadcast on my AppleTV, and I want to switch quickly to something on my iPad, I have open Settings in the iPad, go to Bluetooth, and tell it to connect to the PowerBeats. That is not a huge inconvenience, but it would be nice if Apple and Beats found a way to make it a little less cumbersome. Overall, after a month, I like my PowerBeats Pro earphones. The next test will be seeing how durable they are. Given the much higher price, they need to beat the 1.5 years I got out of my various Plantronics bluetooth earphones.

I've only had these headphones for a short while but I had to review them as they are so great! The headphones are so light, it feels like it's not even there. They do not budge at all when running, jumping or sprinting. Phone calls were crystal clear. I love the mirrored controls on each side. The connection with my iPhone was super easy and love how it shows the battery for each of the pieces individually. Sound is crystal clear and blocked out ambient noises. Highly recommend for athletes. The price is worth it IMO.

Beats sound great, but the best part about these is the over ear part. They are comfortable, sweatproof, and most important don't fall off. Too many times when working out or working in ear fall out, these stay nice and secure and i can wear them all day with ease. Yes they are missing that nice lower bass, but for what they are they serve their purpose.

The powerbeats pro are absolutely amazing! The sound quality is really good and they are really easy to use. For me, the thing that impacted me the most is the distance that I can reach to my laptop or phone and still having connection. Their design makes that the earphones are not moving ever and they are very easy to put in my ears. Finally, the battery last even more than I expected. I can have meetings, play music or answer calls during all day without any problem.

These are designed to be the best possible headphone that you can buy for workout/sports, and they absolutely are. The batteries (earphones + case) last for an entire week if you use them for a few hours a day, they are IMPOSSIBLE to shake out of your ears and manage to always keep a good seal, they're sweat/rain-proof, and the controls use real buttons on both ears so they're easy to find and manipulate. I've put these through a lot and never expected them to be this good at every single thing you would want in a workout earphone. A few downsides that I won't take any stars off for, but some buyers may want to know about: - They never really turn "off" unless you keep them in the case. Made the mistake a few times of taking them out of my ears and just leaving them on the table overnight outside the case and they were totally dead the next day. This seems like it would be avoidable with better software/firmware to power down after long periods of no motion, but oh well. - The audio quality is surprisingly good, but nowhere near what you would get with a pair of "hifi" IEM's or headphones. You could buy a pair of low/mid-range Shure IEM's for the same price as these that would blow the Powerbeats Pro out of the water with sound quality, BUT with these you are paying for wireless, durability, fit; it's a tradeoff. This isn't worth removing a star since they certainly sound good enough for their role as workout headphones. Coming from listening mostly to super flat pretentious hifi speakers and headphones, I have to say the sound profile on these is actually kind of fun with all the punchy tight bass. (this is the first Beats product I ever bought). Hoping they come out with a 2nd generation of these that can handle staying outside the case and have slightly improved sound quality, but these are great already.

It took a while for them to come in and it did not disappoint me at all. I've purchase the Wireless PowerBeats series 2 & 3 and how I have the PowerBeats Pro. Sound quality is awesome, I love the way the fit on my ears unlike the AirPods which are great as well but the feel like it may fall out of my ear. The case is the only thing that is a little downside but overall I love the way the fit on my ears they don't feel like the are going to fall out at all. Button controls on both ears is nice. Price is a bit high.

My husband loves these headphones. We have had both apple and beats products and as far as the wireless headphone I feel like beats win for sound and overall comfort. My AirPod pros always fall out and these stay in perfect and are super comfortable. They have great sound

Honestly I was a little leery of these earbuds but they are surprisingly comfortable. I have had no issues with them coming off or hurting my ears. The Bluetooth connection has been great both for connection and for distance. The sound quality is really good with a nice bass, until now air pod pros were my choice for exercise but now these are my go to choice. The price was good, I wish they were noise cancelling but for the price I couldn’t go wrong. Great earbuds at a great price!

Skip the Jlabs, AirPods, and everything in between. Enjoy peace of mind knowing these aren’t going to fall out of your ears. These are sturdy, loud, secure and reliable. The physical buttons are so much more precise then tapping. Mine have held up well and I rarely find myself charging them.

This pair of headphones are one of the best I've own. Sound quality is great, they sit tight and comfortably around your ear and you can pretty much wear them all day. The one issue, big issue is that when you try to charge them inside their case, one doesn't get the right connection therefore doesn't get any juice. So next time you try to use them one is at a 100% and the other one is dead -_-

My 2nd pair but so far I’m not completely satisfied. I’ve only had these Beats for about 3wks and the left earbud does not charge normally as it should. I’ll have them both in the charging case, but while the right bud charges, the left one is hit and miss. There is a 1yr manufacturer warranty and I did purchase the extended warranty but have not returned/exchanged as of yet. As far as the sound quality, I’m happy with them.they also fit well for my workouts and running.

Let me start by saying The AirPods fell out my ears a couple times they end up hurting my ears also. So I got the power beats and it a game changer they fit my ears pretty go or should I say they fit way better then my AirPods. And the power beats sound is better then the AirPods. Don’t like the big case the power beats provide but hey can’t have it all. Best feature is Siri on demand that pretty much sold me on the power beats and how long they last without the case. I say try them out don’t like them return them

Love these. They fit well, are super comfortable, and the battery life is tremendous. I can wear these for calls and listening for hours on end without having to juggle recharges in the middle of the day. A little pricey but worth it. The only drawback is that the noise cancellation could be improved a little.

Im a strong casual listener, meaning I have high standard when it comes to headphones. I have been looking to replace my bluetooth workout headphones for awhile. When these were first promo'd, I immediately knew this was gonna be the replacement. Way better than expected. I love that signature BEATS bass, but with these Powerbeats Pro, you get the full spectrum. Crisp highs, deep lows, and a solid midrange. I truly love these & am so relieved at how efficient these are for the active user. Bravo Dre & Jimmy!

They fit so well the fact that you can tighten the holders is great, the bass which what I enjoy most especially during a work out or a run is the best. After a year they still work I wouldn’t recommended using in the shower or in rain I mean like pouring rain. The left ear bud is starting to disconnect and one or the other will not fully charge not sure why. But overall they are very reliable would recommend (also very durable)
