These headphones sound amazing! The only thing I didn't like, is that they aren't very comfortable for all day wear, they leave your ears hurting

I've had several issues with these, I bought them in November 19 and brought back to Bestbuy February 20 for repairs. After 2 months: 1. Connectivity is terrible, at time one side works and the other doesn't. Drops connection. Always have do factory reset to manually connect. 2. Earbud issue - either earbud just stops working. At times not responsive and only get static. After 3 months: 3. Buttons - when no music i placing you can literally hear the shaking of the buttons. 4. Case and earbuds were no longer visible as a connectable Bluetooth device and stopped working all together. I originally brought them back 2/22 on a scheduled appointment with Geek Squad and after 30 minutes the tech couldn't figure out how to send back to apple, so I left. I brought them back on 2/28 and was finally able to have them sent off for repairs, however its been a week and they're still sitting at Bestbuy waiting to be shipped off....... For the amount of money that I spent I expected much better quality from this product.

Sounds good. Microphone works very well. Not noise canceling and waterproof but water resistant. Good quality, I'm happy with them.

I was very excited to buy these, primarily for the fit, since I disliked the way the Air pods look, liked the sound quality but disliked that after 30 minutes, I hand to constantly push them back into my ears. After the first pair of Powerbeats Pro arrived and I put them in my ears, they felt secure and comfortable but the sound was extremely flat, hardly no base at all! I checked my settings, equalizer under iPhone Music to no avail. I could not believe how bad they sounded especially after the rave reviews I found everywhere. I put my Air pods back in, and it was night and day, the sound was rich and bass was good. I tried my Bose Quiet Control 30's on and they sounded like always, Great! I took them back to BestBuy for a return thinking it must be a defect. A few days later new ones arrived, put them on, same thing! Flat sound! I tried all the internet, changed the earpiece to the largest fitting, reset Powerbeats Pro and nothing! They sound terrible! Could BestBuy have a huge batch of defective Powerbeats Pro sitting in their warehouse? What am I missing with these over $240 and mostly great review headphones??

This is my 2nd pair! Love it! In my opinion it is the best for exercising.

I love the sound quality. But the thing I like most is the fit. These over the ear earphones are always secure and you can be confident that they will not drop off. I am glad I bought this model because I am an active person. I feel secure knowing I will not loose these. This is a precious purchase for me.

These are still great even after being over a year old. I just wish apple could make a smaller case for them

I enjoy the sound and ear clips on these ear buds, I don't like the very large charging case it comes in.
