They are adjustable to fit and comfortable. The interchangeable inner ear pieces help improve the seal. Overall a good set. I wanted a different color but they aren’t available yet.

The case is kind of bulky if you wanted to put it in a pocket and I wish there was an off switch so you know you're not draining the battery if you leave them out of the case.

I own the 2nd gen AirPods, AirPods Pro, and these beats. These stay in your ears and provide quality sound. Definitely my favorite of the three.
