They make music and block out noise. She could put them in and block out the sounds of my sobbing after her infidellity as well as the children crying. Totally reccomend if you need to block out life for a bit.

Loyal to Powerbeats

They fit comfortably in and around my ear, I don’t have a wire to fumble with, battery life is longer, sound is great, and of course the charging case is convenient to have. I use a backpack to tote my stuff around, so the case size isn’t an issue for me. Overall, great buy. My favorite Powerbeats gen so far.

The only missing is the Hear-through function so you can have an option to be aware of surroundings on a touch of a button.
