I own an iPhone 8 and go to the gym every morning. Out of the 6 days, I have issues with either the left or right ear buds not connecting to the iPhone Bluetooth 4 days. I spend at least 5 Minutes trying to sync both up to my iPhone. They are good afterwards and the sound quality is great but for $200, I hate having connection issues on a daily basis

When we’re all allowed back in the gym again, this is a great pair of headphones to have. No cord to get in the way, easy to pair, good sound. The only downside is it’s easy to not align the headphone in the charger, so you have to pay attention.

A must have gadget for all needs. Listen it your favorite tunes or hands free talking.

I am happy I chose these earphones. I was skeptical but my worries were laid to rest.

excellent sound quality. love the fit, easy to pair

I purchased these 8 months ago for use at work so I could listen to music or audio from videos. I thought paying extra for a good name would be wise. I was wrong. Less than five months after purchase the right earbud went completely dead. It shows a full charge when connected but no sound comes out of it. I was very unhappy to have a failure this soon but I continued to use the left earbud when I had to listen to audio from a video. Obviously the sound quality was poor but it got the job done for the few times I used it any more. I went to use the earbud today and now the left one has also died. That makes 8 months since purchase and both earbuds have completely failed. I tried them with my work laptop as well as with my phone, and nothing. I definitely won't be buying these again. Now to make matters worse. I contacted Apple for warranty and was told I had to go through BestBuy. I went to the BestBuy store where I purchased them, with all the original paperwork and the box they came in, and was told I would have to deal with Apple! Apparently the claimed 1 year warranty is useless.

Purchased about 4 weeks ago and already having issues with connecting and only 1 working at a time even after resetting. Last pair I got it took 2 years before the same issue’s. Disappointed

A must for fitness enthusiast within Apple ecosystem. The sound is at par with Airpods pro and features everything the Airpods pro offers. It nicely pairs and switches to all the Apple devices based on use.

I love my pro beats. However, sometimes I lose connection but the battery life is awesome.
