Garbage sound quality, no noise cancellation, constantly losing connectivity, and sync issues. Overpriced garbage. The music quality sounds is poor to say the least. The over ear loop is annoying to put on and if your not fast enough you'll lose connectivity in one ear and now you'll have to take both off put back in to the smooth no grip case and re-sync and try again. The case is cheap plastic no grip to open poorly design cheap case

Great product for working walking or in the car. The price was very competitive.

I'm disappointed in these. For $300, you would think they should be flawless. The sound is great when you get sound. Heavy on the bass, so songs with mid-high range are not as crisp. Sounds great for Top 40 Pop/R&B songs. It doesn't always hold a charge and I take it out of its case and it's at 18%. My voice and audio cuts out intermittently and the phone is less then a 2 feet away from me. It doesn't make sense why the Bluetooth is so flaky. I've never heard anyone complain about this with their Airpods. I do like the over the ear setup, so they are more secure than Airpods. That's why I bought them instead of the Airpods. It's not good that you have to use the case to pair with a device. I wish you can advance songs. Only play, stop, and volume control on these things. It would have been great to be able to configure the volume control to forward and advance. I can control volume on my phone.

I've had communication issues where the connection was lost.

I use it with mu phone and computer when I am moving Around. Sound is clear.

Love them for running and exercising. Love how they do not fall out.
