Reliability issues

Same problem. I'd say 60% of the time work fine. Rest... One side pairs and the other side doesn't so you have to put the side that didn't pair back in charger and back on... Takes a few times and then works. Rare still sometimes you get one side that just buzzes and you have to put them back in charger for about an hour or so to "reset" I guess. Definitely not premium. Sound is clear and balanced and fits wonderfully and comfortablly for workouts and long calls. Bode Soundsport in comparison can't be used for workout but sound A LOT better for music (the bass!!) and never had pairing issues over the two I had for part 4 years. Done with this "premium" crap.

Charger doesn’t always work.

Sometimes one earbud will charge and the other one won’t even if I both hear them “click” in their spots. Wouldn’t know until I got to the gym and only one would work. Happens more often than it doesn’t.

Not as good as I thought they would be

I hate to say it but the quality of this product is not as nice as the AirPods themselves yes when they work they work great but the base responses all over the place depending on how well it fits in your ear unfortunately between the over the earpiece and the earbuds that you can attach on there it’s hard to get a good fit don’t get me wrong they work for working out well but they’re not worth the price and now one of them has a battery issue where for no reason that I can see Nora Apple just decides to discharge and go down to 1% after being 100% charged with in 24 hours I said it back to Apple is a request to send it back to me but it still has the same issue
