    Love the color.. these earphones have great sound and are very convenient.. the compliments I do get is where can I get them.. answer calls to working out and listening to music these earphones are top notch!!

    All other earbuds fall our of my ears. These did not and look great too!

    I normally do not write reviews but in this case I felt obligated. I purchased a pair of these in August. I was pleased with the fit and sound quality. However, within a month of purchasing I began experiencing an issue with one ear failing to charge. I returned them, only to have them sent back stating no trouble found. Within a week I began experiencing the issue again. I returned them again and this time the ear was replaced. Perhaps if that was the only issue I would have left it at that. However, the controls are unreliable - volume, as well as on/off functionality, will randomly not work. The blue tooth connection is also unreliable and I've been forced to reset it several times. This even after Firmware was updated twice. Behavior I might have expected in a lower quality, less expensive, product. But I would have hoped for more from Apple. But don't take my word for this, goggle one ear failing to charge or blue tooth issues with this device. These are commonly known issues that Apple has not addressed. I will not purchase another Apple product. Especially since Best Buy will not provide Geek Squad coverage for them.
