Charging issues

Ugh too bad because I love them! The only ones that fit and actually stay in my ears without adjusting at all. But the left one always has issues charging or keeping a charge. Both pairs I have do this. So you leave it all night to charge and head to the gym only to find that the left one only works for half your run and then done. So frustrating. Too bad so sad.

I really wanted to love these

I was not happy with the audio quality. It did not sound like what I expect from a beats product. could have been because i could not get the fit right. I was not happy with the size of the case. I were loose pants and the case was not comfortable in my pocket. Not sure what all the skinny jeans people would do. Could not make any adjustments to audio levels. i switched these in for the echo ones. Traded one pair of these back and got two pair of those and $20 back. Gave one set to my wife. We love them. they fit, smaller case, better sound, has alexa, and adjustable though the alexa app..

I was using a different set of headphones and couldn’t handle my sweatiness. If you are sweaty these are for you.
