Sound good great design but charging case is too big

The sound quality and battery duration is outstanding

Sound quality is ok. Battery life is pretty decent but only if you can get one or both of them to charge. Case is junk, always need to double check they are charging which requires opening the case and checking the app, but when you close the case or set the case down or carry in a bag all day there is a good chance one of them stopped charging, if not both. App is trash, both in design and functionality. Constantly crashes and is a battery drain even when not in use, probably not helped by my phone being Android. This apple is rotten.

Wow, were these earbuds an epic disappointment, especially based on the reviews of them. I was expecting a whole lot more quality sound to them then they really offer. Their biggest failing, while the sound quality is good and well balanced, is the sound is too distant from the ear canal, no matter what tips are used, to be what I'd want from earphones of this price point, so they ultimately sound tinny. Love how easily they paired and how great the controls of them were, but they're going back to the store, because the sound deficiencies don't remotely make these worth the money - I'll stick with SoundSport Frees instead, annoying as their battery case power turnoff deficiency is. Didn't like how big the charging case was either, it could easily reduced by a third.

Great sound, they don't fall out. Best for running

Bought these for my wife and she absolutely loves them. Easy to sync and start using right away. She is a big fan of how they stay on her ears. No complaints at all.

I have and iPhone 12 Pro Max I don’t stay close to city so I was not able to return it so I sold it to someone else but I was so upset that I was using them for working out and they where not loud at all I was so hurt specially paying a high price I don’t recommend I am sorry this was the first time I buy anything from Best Buy I just could not believe it and top of that I try to get credit and got denied and may score is high so your telling me you only want scores with 750 or higher that’s crazy I am a good paying customer but what ever good luck

Use primarily for working out and they have performed great.

I've generally really liked these, but they can sometimes lose connectivity randomly, especially if I am only using one at a time, which is quite often.
