Terrible! Do not buy. They said they would deliver on Feb 1 and then on Feb 1 they said they were delayed until Feb 14. Scam! They knew they were going to take over 2 weeks to come. This is why no one wants to buy online from stores like this any more. Also calling into Best Buy is a nightmare and you can never understand the person on the other line and they can never help with questions. Going to cancel my order and never shop at Best Buy again. This whole process has been terrible. Sad!

I had to Bluetooth this device every time I turned on the TV. Never had to with any other device. Also, the range was not as good as my Bose wireless.

Very comfortable. Fits securely in the ear and great for working out or running. Does come with different size ear molds so you can adjust the comfort level.

Is pretty good but little unconfortable on ear !!!!

I switched from my old bose wired sound sport headphones to these ana I’m so glad I did! They don’t fall out or hurt wearing them for long periods of time. They were worth the money.

These ear buds are fantastic! I have had so many challenges finding ear buds that fit in my small ear opening and have great quality and these ranked a 10 for me!

These things couldn't be better - especially if you have an iPhone. They fit like an absolute glove. I used to have the Powerbeats "Wireless" which I'd have to adjust over and over on runs or intense workouts. Not with these!!! I love the sensors that detect when you put them in your ear and the ease of pairing them to your Apple devices is SO COOL. No more having to select your Beats on your Bluetooth menu and holding down the pairing button - just slip them on and you're ready to go! Plus the ease of checking battery life simply by opening the case near your iPhone or iPad is awesome. They're expensive but worth every penny if you're regularly working out.

I lost one earpiece which I'm very disappointed because there's nothing i could do about it... unless i had an iphone which i dont . Sound is amazing!!

I use these all the time. For workouts and everyday life. Sound quality is good. I have not had any issues with phone calls or Bluetooth connections. I really enjoy these.

I like them a lot but I cannot get them to connect to my laptop. That's very annoying! Sometimes when I listen to an audio book, they seem to "skip". I've also had them disconnect during a call or while listening to something. Other than that, they're great!

The sound is great but after months of using it, it can start to act buggy; won't connect, only one works, will only connect to calls and not audio, etc.

Headphones as excepted on time. The sound and clarity is great. However, the battery charge goes fast. Lastly the right ear headphone cuts out and needs to reset. Before the headphone is able to work again.

So far I’m loving these because they stay in my ear. Have purchased regular AirPods and AirPods Pro and I couldn’t get them to stay in but these are working great!

The sound is clear. You can still hear outside noise but it’s very minimal. No complaints from the other party on the phone about not being able to hear.

I took off one star because sometimes one earphone wont connect to phone.So i have to put both earphones back in case and start over untill they both sync with phone.Otherwise i am happy with purchase.
