She loves them so much. She said I need to invest in me a pair.

I purchased these 8 months ago for use at work so I could listen to music or audio from videos. I thought paying extra for a good name would be wise. I was wrong. Less than five months after purchase the right earbud went completely dead. It shows a full charge when connected but no sound comes out of it. I was very unhappy to have a failure this soon but I continued to use the left earbud when I had to listen to audio from a video. Obviously the sound quality was poor but it got the job done for the few times I used it any more. I went to use the earbud today and now the left one has also died. That makes 8 months since purchase and both earbuds have completely failed. I tried them with my work laptop as well as with my phone, and nothing. I definitely won't be buying these again. Now to make matters worse. I contacted Apple for warranty and was told I had to go through BestBuy. I went to the BestBuy store where I purchased them, with all the original paperwork and the box they came in, and was told I would have to deal with Apple! Apparently the claimed 1 year warranty is useless.

Good sound, great controls and super easy setup for iOS. Some say the case is bulky. I prefer the battery it offers over the small pill case set-up I'm replacing. So far, a great choice.

sound and battery life are alright. THey do have connection problems which are the reason i wont be buying anything from beats again. for $300 it was overpriced

These earphones are safe in terms that they do not fall that easy as this was a key criteria for my wife. The fit is good to and my wife likes the fact that she can still hear some background noise.
