Item is absolutely perfect in every way. However,giving 4 stars because the delivery was HORRIBLE. I paid extra for delivery and they got it wrong in so many ways. They said they couldn't deliver yet I was home and that they left instructions on my door which they did not do. Contacted customer support they were going to issue refund. Item couldn't be located with any tracking numbers by any of the carriers or by Best Buy. I got as a gift for someone and was unable to give to them. Item wound up being delivered the next night on my doorstep.

These are great pair of headphones but it hurts if you wear it for more than an hour. Sound quality is great. Strap is super cool for workouts. But, there is a hard part which creates a pressure on ears, so that we can't use it longer. And COSTLY!!!

Love the color and sound...I recommend you get a pair because you’ll love the wireless! Hate the bulky storage case but I’m sure beats will figure out a more compact solution

Love these headphones. Occasionally have pairing issues but nothing major. Comfortable on the ear and great sound quality when fully inserted.

The beats are perfect. Paired with Samsung Galaxy S10, great sound for the size and portability , and great functionality for working out.

The sound quality is superb. I’m not that crazy about the comfort level, and you can’t take off your mask without taking out the headphones. But i do like them. Love the color.

Really great quality! Love that there are several new colors offered now that weren't being offered before. Premium sound and easy to pair to your phone.

For $250, there shouldn't be any issues with headphones. I've had these for about 2 months and just having problem and problem. One day they connect, next day they don't. One earphone will turn on the other won't. It's just very frustrating. I've updated firmware, installed, reconnected, etc. Just had better expectations for this type of premium headphone for the gym.

I definitely love my Beats by Dre I wear them everyday no matter what I'm doing I love everything about them very convenient comfortable

They are only ok. I haven’t found the perfect earbuds that have a decent sound quality and are comfortable to wear on a regular.

The sound is ok! Best to get the AirPods for better sound! Now if you like the battery lifetime this are great but so uncomfortable, that they make my ears hurt so bad that I have to take them off after 15 minutes of use, so I use my AirPods that they are more comfortable!

I would recommend to a friend. I used to have the Powerbeats and I loved them, but this one are excellent. The sound and noise cancellation is great

The color looks more like swamp green, but is is unique. The product performance is what matters and these beats perform excellently. Great buy worth every penny.
