Right battery kept losing its charge while sitting in its case. Battery was at 83% when put away, zero by morning. Reset several times, problem persisted. Other than the power issues-great sound. I think the battery problem needs to be addressed.

I have owned these for 3 months. In fact I bought three pairs for my family. There is one fatal flaw that is driving all of us crazy. The ear piece will intermittently charge. This means that you will place the ear pieces in the charging case, the indicator light will show red (meaning it should be charging), and then when you take it out the next day....Dead battery. This happens 80-90% of the time. It doesn't matter how how you set them them in the case, hold the box etc. I even make sure that they are charging before leaving them and then don't touch the charging case, yet one will not charge. It also varies from side to side. The left one doesn't charge one day, then the right one. It is very frustrating. I always find out right before starting my run. I am going to buy another brand today. It is unfortunate because when they do work the sound is great, they stay in place, and they are comfortable during exercise. I know it is not just my particular set too because this happens to the other two pairs I bought for my family. 600 bucks down the drain!!!! (I bought them on sale during Christmas) Until this is fixed I would avoid these earphones. One other small issue is the case is way too slick, bulky and hard to open. I could live with that if they worked!

One earbud consistently wasn't charging. I thought maybe it was due to shifting, so I made sure it was always on a flat surface. Then I thought it was a connection issue, so I made sure they were clean. Each earbud was was 90% charged when I put them in the case. When I went to use them next, the problem earbud had no battery charge (the other was completely charged) and won't even connect to charge now. I finally decided I need to return them because they're obviously defective, and I'm just outside the return window. My last beats lasted years, these have lasted less than 3 months. I only used these in the gym and took cared of them, so this is not a case of misuse.

Love these things! I was hesitant to spend so much money on something that, in my experience has fallen apart easily, but these are great quality.

Too expensive. Not worth the price. Keep away from water.

These are great, especially for folks with smaller ears canals. I bought these for my wife who had Airpod Pros, but these work much better for her.

I couldn't decide for weeks on earpieces to buy. I am happy I finally decided on these guys. I am not worried they will fall off while I do my work.

These are great pair of headphones but it hurts if you wear it for more than an hour. Sound quality is great. Strap is super cool for workouts. But, there is a hard part which creates a pressure on ears, so that we can't use it longer. And COSTLY!!!

I do not recommend this product and here is why. In terms of the quality of sound, you will get no argument from me and I would give it a better rating for quality of sound. But I am writing a review based on overall experience and it hasn't been good. These earbuds NEVER DISCONNET after returning them to the case. Every single time I go to use my earbuds the right one is drained because this stupid thing won't shut off. I now have to go into my settings and disconnect these earbuds every single time, and I am not exaggerating. Every single time I am done using them, I have to spend the time to go into settings to disable it. Oh and it gets worse. Sometimes the right earbud doesn't connect. So I have to unpair, then pair again. This is just ridiculous. I will never buy another Beats. The sound quality is really good but the rest of it is not good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PURCHASE

Love the headphones. Purchased these for my wife after my son and I had a pair. Color is pretty mild compared to what we were expecting, which is a bonus.

They don’t work great they will say they are connected and they won’t actually be or they will randomly cut off even when not dead.

Good bass and so loud! Apple headphones got nothing against these! A full charged battery on these can last me double the hrs from AirPods.

This headphones are great for working out in the gym. I wear them all the time when I go running because they stay in place.

Love the color and sound...I recommend you get a pair because you’ll love the wireless! Hate the bulky storage case but I’m sure beats will figure out a more compact solution

Item is absolutely perfect in every way. However,giving 4 stars because the delivery was HORRIBLE. I paid extra for delivery and they got it wrong in so many ways. They said they couldn't deliver yet I was home and that they left instructions on my door which they did not do. Contacted customer support they were going to issue refund. Item couldn't be located with any tracking numbers by any of the carriers or by Best Buy. I got as a gift for someone and was unable to give to them. Item wound up being delivered the next night on my doorstep.

Love these headphones. Occasionally have pairing issues but nothing major. Comfortable on the ear and great sound quality when fully inserted.

This is my 2nd time buying this product. Had to get a pair for the wife. These things are amazing! If you're a workout guru this will add to your workout.

The beats are perfect. Paired with Samsung Galaxy S10, great sound for the size and portability , and great functionality for working out.

For $250, there shouldn't be any issues with headphones. I've had these for about 2 months and just having problem and problem. One day they connect, next day they don't. One earphone will turn on the other won't. It's just very frustrating. I've updated firmware, installed, reconnected, etc. Just had better expectations for this type of premium headphone for the gym.
