Became really uncomfortable after about an hour of use. This headphones really don't have a solid bass response but are nice got the fact that they never fall off. Fairly affordable.

Terrible experience all around. Bought these specific earbuds because they are listed as "water resistant" and was looking for a wireless pair to wear while running. Obviously, when you run, you sweat. The buds stopped connecting to my phone within 8 months of purchase. Submitted them for service as they were within the warranty period. Was told that they could not repair or replace the earbuds due to "liquid damage." When I told the customer service representative that I only wore these while running, and they are advertised as "water resistant," he stated, "We never said they were 'water proof.'" So, not only is this product poorly made, as evidenced by the fact that lasted less than a year, but Apple seems to care less about customer retention and satisfaction as they made zero effort to fix or replace their faulty product. Either stay away entirely or be sure to buy the AppleCare (for an additional cost).

Great true wireless headphones if not the best out there... Did lobe them but carrying a case is just not for me.

Expected more volume is not good and to use as a Bluetooth is a bit uncomfortable

These were easy to set up and are super comfortable, but I haven’t been able to use them on phone calls. It sounds fuzzy so I end up tossing them. Such a bummer.

Frustrating to use as one or the other ear bud won’t charge sometimes. However works great when working like it should.

First set stopped working within the first week however was able to exchange for a second pair. Overall worth the reduced price

I bought these headphones for my grandma and she said that these stay in her ears much better than Airpods or Earpods.

Headphones are perfect. The only issue is sometimes the connectors at the bottom do not connect with the case and the buds end up not charging. For $250 this is not acceptable.

charging it sometimes is difficult since you have to position them a certain way. Great for working out and sound quality is good.

My son (11) loves these. He's used them every day for almost a year now and hasn't had any issues.
