Beats don’t charge

They fit well and are very comfortable. Getting them to charge is a pain. The charging mechanism uses a magnetic charging setup in the case. Each time I put them in the case to charge, I have to keep moving them around to get them to connect. I’ve contacted Apple and they claim they’ve never heard of this even though I can find numerous threads on their own chat sites that discuss this very issue. I’d expect better for $250
