The 1st pair lasted 3+ years with the only issue resulting from the charging capsule that became inconsistent. I have the new pair for less than a month and the charging capsule does not charge consistently and the call answering option allows for listening but does not always allow for the caller to hear my voice. I will be returning and trying another brand.
