I bought these in December 2020, they worked great. But as time has went one, yes just under two months, they have issues connecting (hours of time lost to troubleshooting), weird buzzing in the right headphone, and they now just do not work at all (they will connect on bluetooth, then no audio as a track plays for a few seconds, and then just disconnect. I have tried resetting them. I have updated all of devices (Macbook Pro and Iphone SE 2020). These are simply not worth the money. How can they already be having all of these issues, after less than two months? They have no contact with water, or any other type of harm. Lastly, I have AppleCare+, but there are no clear instructions in my emails from Best Buy or even on the Apple site, for me to actually receive that care I paid for. I will now have to spend more time in my day on something that should be very clear. I regret purchasing these, and wish I could return them. But they of course start having issues when they can no longer be returned to Best Buy.

Great set of beats, best this far in my opinion. Wish I could get le more volume & base from them but they are great.

Awesome sound and great for running or working out, this is my second pair I also have the Ivory colored ones

Love this headphones. The sound is amazing. I would gave it a 5 stars if headphones would have an app to equalize your sound.

amazing fir gym work. However if you need something to just listen to music at home for example, this is not the one.

Sounds ok, but have issues when answering phone calls. Have to take you phone out select speaker then go back to Powerbeats pro in order to have conversation. Very disappointed not worth the money.

Bought these for my daughter For Christmas! She LOVES everything about them. Glacier Blue is a beautiful color.

Headset is great for working out at the gym or taking a jog on the trail. Definitely would recommend.

I bought 2 pair (Black and Navy) and gave one as a gift. The black pair had terrible sound quality, to much treble and no bass. I even tested them both from the same phone on the same song. The difference was very obvious. The Black set is bad. There is no software to adjust the sound quality. I am returning the Black set and I am undecided if I want to keep the Blue. The Blue set seems to have battery issues. One ear piece does not hold a charge for more than a couple hours The price is high compared to the competition. Nice design, poor quality.

Only had them for less then a month the seem to be working just great love the battery life! Plus pink is my fav color!

Great for working out sound is good also good base but can cause hot spots on the back and insideof your ears if wore too long.

My second pair. Get protection plan cause my first pair had to sent in for defect issue but quality is great.

Love the fit and color! Also I’m a big fan of the charging case. Makes me less anxious about low battery.

Wireless is the way to go working out is a breeze. There's no cords to worry catching on the equipment.

Great so happy to get these so much better than the apple pro max they actually stay in your ears

My wife needed a workout earbud that didn’t fall out and this was the ticket.

Lack bass, not very loud, I previously had the wire beats wired headphones, those would seal better in ear canceling outside noise. They do stay in place while running

I have been a faithful Dr. Dre beats owner for a long time i have LOVED all my beats EXCEPT these, one side always dies on me faster, or doesnt charge at all. i have tried resetting it i have dont everything i can and it still doesnt work. THey are fairly new as i Purchased on 8/31/2020 and it's only Feb 2021 i will DEFINATELY not be buying these again once my warranty ends!! or i should have gone with my gut and gotten extended warranty on them...SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DONT BUY THESE

Good sound quality. 12 year old very active son loves them. Specially while doing workouts or going for a run.
