Horrible fit. They would sound great if they were designed to fit human ears. I have to hold them or twist them up to hear the full sound. Otherwise, you get no bass. I am returning. They should make these buds where you can adjust the angle for a better fit. These clunkers won't fall out, but they will hurt your ears. Unfortunately, Bose changed their design where they dangle and fall out.

They are great earphones, never fall out, sweat resistant, etc. I preordered them when the first came out got them around late June 2019 worked fine until about 2 weeks then left ear bud went out for NO REASON. Never touched water dropped or anything, cleaned multiple times tried every tutorial known to man to get fixed. This issue is very common among the users of the product. If they fix this bug, however, then they would be getting 5 stars but I shouldn’t have to go through this. It should have been fixed before releasing.

Wife loves the fit and color of these headphones. Bought as a valentines day gift.

They sound great but after 18 months, one of the pair stopped working. I've had 2 different sets and the same problem occurred with both. On one pair, the system update will not work and they will not pair any longer. They charge but the base does not appear to be working properly. Unfortunately, past the warranty

I'm a mailman so I'm wearing them from 10am-6pm 6 days a week. Ive had Powerbeats 1-3 since the first concept. These Pro wireless from day are unreliable at times, while playing the will jump out of sequence causing a eco effect. It seems like the case drained the battery because when I came back from vacation they was dead. Good in rain and hot conditions. I'm chalking it up to first generation problems, and I wasn't ask to buy a warranty when I purchased them. My coworker feels the same.....With Bestbuy 15day return policy I'm stuck with it!

Lost my previous Bluetooth beats, wanted another bluetooth pair. Case is a bit bulky but they sound great.

I bought these for my wife to use while she works out. She tried Bose earbuds, but didn't find them to be comfortable. I thought the hook on the Powerbeats Pro might be a better solution and luckily I was right. One small benefit...since Apple owns Beats now, they connect seamlessly with her iPhone and Siri can read text messages as they are received (there's a setting to turn this off if you don't want to be distracted while using them).

The sound and battery life were good, however after wearing them for several hours, the headphones were very uncomfortable. I returned them and will stay with my old AirPods.

These are easy to setup and sound great. The problem is the fit. I must be part of the 5% who have problems with the fit. I can use them for about 30 minutes before feeling discomfort.

Love my wireless beats nice and loud for my workouts!! Sound quality is much better than Apple!
