I love this headphones and the color was perfect..

Pretty good when they work. Like others have said, the left one just decides to stop working at random. Remove both, place in case and wait a few minutes and they will start working again. If these were $29 instead of nearly $200 they would not be a big deal, Totally unacceptable for Apple to be selling something that they know has a functional failure.

I bought these as an upgrade from my Powerbeats3 which I have loved so much but are now falling apart and I've been wanting true wireless earbuds for working out, but need something with the hook so they stay in my ear for when I do cardio. These sound great, but they are out of sync 75% of the time I have them in and I'm probably going to return them. I have an android phone so I don't know if that's the issue? But just walking around with my phone in my pocket and these in my ear, they will cut out for a second, then come back with one earbud ahead of the other and it's extremely frustrating to have to listen to music that is echoing like that. I don't think I have made it for longer than 30 minutes without this happening. For $250 you would think they would be perfect. They need to implement some sort of resyncing in these things. So other than the fact they don't work, the sound is great, I like the case, and the battery life too.

The left side disconnects quite a bit. The sound is great when they both are working.

So far these headsets are GREAT. As far as the bluetooth goes these are better than anything we have tried. We tried 3 different head sets and returned them because the bluetooth kept cutting off walking around the house. These do NOT cut off, good strong connection, and the sound is better than the others
