Plastic piece

The only problem i have is that the plastic piece that goes in your ear hurts. I workout for at least an hour every other day, and within that hour the inner part of my ear starts to hurt. Which causes me to take them off. I will be returning to get another brand . Iam more in the need of confront more then anything else. You cant listen to music if your ear hurts (ijs).
