Worst headphone I’ve ever purchased

I hate this product I have not been able to enjoy it and Apple will not replace them horrible customer service.

Great Pair of Headphones for Exercising

With that being said for some reason when water gets on them one of the headphones gets quieter than the other. After a certain amount of time they eventually balance the audio back out to normal. Otherwise they’re a really good product for doing a lot of movement in.
