Flaws that I can’t seem to fix

Constant loss of connection

The sound is ok but they constantly unpair from my phone when I’m working and I’d prefer to not stop every 30 mins to repair the headphones. Don’t waste your money on these get something better. I turned off auto play as well and it still disconnected constantly.

Terrible don’t buy! :*

They said they would deliver on Feb 1 and then on Feb 1 they said they were delayed until Feb 14. Scam! They knew they were going to take over 2 weeks to come. This is why no one wants to buy online from stores like this any more. Also calling into Best Buy is a nightmare and you can never understand the person on the other line and they can never help with questions. Going to cancel my order and never shop at Best Buy again. This whole process has been terrible. Sad!
