For the highest price of ear pods on the market this is an issue that should never happen. Very disappointed and will probably throw them away if this persists.

Decent product but could be better

However they did not fit snug enough to hear as well as I needed to. Also one stopped working and then started working again. I didn't want to risk them failing again so I returned within the return widow. Not a consistent high quality item but not the worst sounding headphones.

The battery life is terrible and I am constantly having problems with them. Half the time they do not connect properly, like they aren't bluetooth, the pod won't go into pairing mode, they will pick-up background noise but quite my voice, when I answer calls I can hear the other person but they can't hear me, and the app is just a bad and won't update the earbuds. I take very good care of my stuff and these have never been wet. I am incredibly disappointed in these especially for the cost. Plus the "warranty" is a joke.

Stopped working

I usually used them why I was working and I put them directly back in the case after using them. For the cost they should have lasted longer!!
