What happened to the noise cancellation?!?

I bought these because they were like my others, but the sound is NOT the same. I will have the volume all the way up and still hear surrounding sounds/conversations. The battery life sucks, I can ONLY get 1 workout and then I have to charge them. I’m disappointed for sure.

I thought that being Beats the sound will be better. Too bad Best Buy only give you 15 days to return the items I had them for 3 weeks and I’m very unhappy with them and I would not recommend To expensive for what they are.

And nothing is wrong with my headsets, bc no one else's sound goes in & out like that but his when he had these. My husband has exact same pair in black, but his doesn't act like this pair. Perhaps there was a defect in this particular pair. But would still recommend this product.

Horrible charging

Well this is my second pair and both times ive had issues with the right side charging. Ive charged the case and made sure i placed them back in case properly, right one more times than not does not charge. Best buy “can’t duplicate” the issue so them im stuck with only the left one working properly. Soundd is great on the left one though and is comfortable to wear.
