Charging issues make them almost useless

No matter how hard i try to make sure the contacts are touching it seems like one of them is always dead when i want to use it. There is also an issue with it displaying if its charging or not on the phone

Terrible overpriced product

The sound quality was sub par with no bass to speak of. The equalizer was a joke and didn't really help with sound quality at all. The left action button would depress and stick after minimal use 2 months after purchase. I would not recommend these to anyone.
