Good headphones, but I just got them so have to try them for awhile

Beatpro are literally the best wireless head phones out there.

I had previously owned Beats Dre Studio as well as Beats Dre Powerbeats Wireless in the past and both had worked very well for a long time and till date. And now, all of a sudden this pair of earphones stopped working after few months. In fact, I never used it for my gym or any workout and it was solely used for commute time only. It never got drenched in rain or anything. It was just a disappointment all of a sudden, that the right earphone stopped working. Before that, I had other issues like no proper synchronization between the two earphones and every time I had to reset it manually by connecting to the charging case and power. This is a great disappointment which is expensive for me. I wish either apple or best buy can do something about this.

i like the fit and soundproofing- the airpods are louder with more crisp sound.

Super awesome sound!! The charging case is very nice too.

To be clear, the headphones themselves get 5 stars. The Apple service when there is an issue however is terrible. I’ve sent the headphones in twice for the same issue and Apple claims they cannot duplicate the issue yet I’m able to every time. It’s simple, the left headphone won’t charge with the case closed. It’s not that it won’t hold a charge, just that I can only charge them with the case open. That’s not what I paid for. It’s too bad, too. These headphones really are 5 stars. At least the Bose that these replaced still work so I can use them when these are out at service, not getting serviced. And I can use them as a backup when only the right one of these has a charge because the left one stopped charging. I’d keep wearing my Bose if they were a better fit for running.

wish I never purchased these, I don't like much of anything about them. They are complicated to use, seldom work without fiddling with them for way too long, sound just ok at best, instructions included don't even explain how to turn them on or off. Much preferred the older version with the wire. Would take back if I could. Will not buy another pair
