Not great - disappointed and returned

Returned for AirPod Pro. Huge difference in sound quality which I do not remember when trialing. Maybe I got a defective pair. AirPods just do not stay put, so I wish these were better.

Blue-tooth struggles with connecting and disconnecting to non-Apple products. Buyer will likely need to cancel auto-enroll of Pandora Premium at $9.99 per month. The sound is good and the color is nice. Have to learn how to work the features. And to see the battery life on your devices is a plus too. And the different sizes for you ear.

Do not last long

Unfortunately, this is my 4th pair. The latest pair was purchased June 2022 and one earbud doesn't work as of 8/1/2022. You would think I would learn after three pairs. Now the return window is closed. Sorry, but have to choose another brand next time.

Unless they are sitting in the perfect position they do not charge. I constantly have to move them around like there is a short somewhere

Apple Beats Powerbeats Pro - Total Garbage!

After 9 months of running, they stopped charging. Sent them into Apple warranty via Best Buy. They wanted $29 to repair. Said they were corroded. I only use the Beats to run. During this 9 month period, I only ran 194 times. The corrosion is due to sweat from running. These are poorly sealed units!! I WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT FROM BEST BUY!
