Fit is bad and sound just ok

The frirt 2 times they broke or stopped working right about 9-10 months after purchase. Apple isn’t helpful on repairing or replacing even within the warranty period. This time he wanted to try these and this time it’s the charging port that was damaged. Again apple told him it would be $100 to replace it since they show to have been damaged by an outside liquid, which they hadn’t. He has only had these less then 2 months. I won’t purchase any of these again.

Very bad Best Buy customer service

Next time I'll choose another online seller like Amazon
