Great features but not the most comfortable

My only complaint is the design of the part that sits in your ear, it start to be uncomfortable rather quickly for me. The great features are the reason I’m keeping these. The fact that I used my Best Buy points to purchase them, otherwise I might have returned them for something more comfortable.

But if you are an android user please stay away from this as it has connection issues with android phones. I believe when Apple took the acquisition of Beats they made sure they make beats products only ios/apple compatible.

Poor customer support

Very bad customer service from Apple. Save your money and buy something Best Buy stands behind, something they will sell you an extended warranty for. Not Apple / beats products. Save your money. The case is big. They don’t fit in your pockets. And like I said Apple support after if you have a problem is poor. Don’t waste your money on this. I wish I didn’t. I’m $250 in the hole.
