Love how loud they are, and they don’t fall off !!

They are good for listening to music while you work out or go running but it sucks for calls ! People on the other end always complain to me that they can’t hear me so I’m guessing the mic is the issue , but otherwise are very comfortable compared to other wireless earphones I’ve had including the apple air pods.

Once the product is finally placed within your ear(s), it is secure most of the time. Does cause ear pain initially.

I was very excited to buy these, primarily for the fit, since I disliked the way the Air pods look, liked the sound quality but disliked that after 30 minutes, I hand to constantly push them back into my ears. After the first pair of Powerbeats Pro arrived and I put them in my ears, they felt secure and comfortable but the sound was extremely flat, hardly no base at all! I checked my settings, equalizer under iPhone Music to no avail. I could not believe how bad they sounded especially after the rave reviews I found everywhere. I put my Air pods back in, and it was night and day, the sound was rich and bass was good. I tried my Bose Quiet Control 30's on and they sounded like always, Great! I took them back to BestBuy for a return thinking it must be a defect. A few days later new ones arrived, put them on, same thing! Flat sound! I tried all the internet, changed the earpiece to the largest fitting, reset Powerbeats Pro and nothing! They sound terrible! Could BestBuy have a huge batch of defective Powerbeats Pro sitting in their warehouse? What am I missing with these over $240 and mostly great review headphones??

The fit was comfortable and secure, but the sound was not that great. Voice was not clear on both ends of the call.

When they work the sound is decent, not great, and they do stay in place when working out and running. Unfortunately the case design is awful and the earbuds won’t charge in the case more frequently than not. Also the iPhone interface is poor and doesn’t load most of the time. Better off with my old Bose buds.

Love the color and the quality. Comfortable to wear.
