Didn't Get Along With My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

After two weeks, I started experiencing connection issues. Bluetooth said that the Powerbeats Pro Earphones were connected but had no sound. I was unable to resolve the issue. I took them back for an exchange, thinking I had purchased a faulty pair. Another two weeks, same results.

Horrible fit

Connectivity is not great as they claim at Apple. I have owned a pair of these “Powerbeats pro” for only a year and a half and the sound quality has also diminished considerably. Do not buy these!

They were significantly more comfortable than her airpod pros gen 1. The sound was badiclaly the same, but no noise cancelling. Overall i would guve these headphones a 9.25/10

Should have gone with Bose

Now, this very well may be for android users, I don't know, but even to put them on my ears and for the earbuds to detect when they are on has been hit or miss. If I can get them on and they are operational, at times, one or both will all of sudden power down. There is nothing you can do to tell the ear bud to turn on because it should automatically sense it is on your ear. The app that goes with is no help. When they do work, the sound quality is great, but the lack of consistency is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. I really wanted to like this product, but it completely falls short. I should have stuck with Bose.

Comparatively speaking, the Apple ear pods have FAR superior sound quality. These headphones are only good if you will use them to talk on the phone. Besides that, these are comparable to $15 headphones from your local drug store.
