This is my personal experience. Sound was great, except for the the plastic bent around the ears. They really make me hurt the back and inside of my ears not because of the sound, (My ears are too small), bigger charger case and heavier than others, and they are not water proof. I tried them for 3 days and asked for a refund.

I liked the sound and the fit, but overall decided they could not be used for long time usage. After about an hour, they were a little too uncomfortable for my taste. But, I did like the sound quality and the fact they won't fall out at all.

The sound clarity is good, but not a very comfortable fit. AirPods pro are the way to go!

These worked really well when I first received them. After some time now it is random. Sometimes neither one charges or one or the other charges or both of them charge like they should. Still love them, just wish they both worked all the time.

Paying for brand alone - horrible sound

Comfortable fit once situated Paired and connected to iPhone quickly and easily Charging case is awkward to remove and re-seat but manageable with practice Sound quality was horrible. Compared to the wired earpods that came with iPhone: -clearish high notes = equal to earpods -reasonable mid = earpods were better -non-existent lows = earpods were absurdly better Really wanted these to be awesome and based on some of the reviews online I thought there might be a chance. Clearly those sites were paid to report favorably because I did not believe how bad they were. That is why I dug out the earpods that came with the iPhone to compare them. As I was checking out I asked why Geek Squad wasn't offered and was told Apple didn't allow it nor do they offer AppleCare either. If you see looking for true wireless with any desire to listen to music--look elsewhere. If you are only listening to audio books or vocal only, then these might work well for you.

I give this product a 2 only because I have a defective pair of earphones. I've had to send them in for repair twice and each time I get them back its worse and there's another problem. But when they do connect the sound is good. I appreciate the independent volume keys on each one.

These are horrible. They have zero base and half the volume of my air pods or galaxy buds. I literally have a $25 knock off set that plays music way better, they just suck for phone calls at the gym that's why i planned to upgrade to something nice. My mistake and returned next day.

Great buds - but lousy charging system - Avoid

Second pair of these - work great when it actually charges. However, at some point the connection metals to charge your buds when you put them in the case start to get worse - to the point you need to charge your case daily in order to make sure you have enough charge for the next workout. After that, eventually, your buds will stop charging. I've had mine for 6 months and my right pod won't charge. No matter how many times I take it out of the case, put it back in, clean it, etc. No wonder there's a class action lawsuit going on for these due to the stupid design flaw. The only reason I got these was because I prefer over the ear hooks - the ear plug ones don't stay in my ears when I run

Battery life runs out quickly. Feels like I am having to charge it constantly. And right away the logo started to fall apart. They are really expensive I would think a sticker would hang in there at least for more than a day. Two stars because when I run I am not worried about them falling out.

    LONG TERM REVIEW- NOT GOOD

As of the writing of this review, I have had these earbuds for 6 months now (mostly used in the gym and while running). In the past 2 months, however, I have had numerous strange issues, such as the case’s battery draining itself while the earbuds are in the case, the left/right earbud not pairing together with my iPhone, and the left earbud not charging unless I leave the case open. I paid $160 for these on sale (still a lot) and I definitely expected these to last much longer than a year considering the hefty price tag. If you want good earbuds for the long term you definitely don’t want to get these.

Highly recommend these over the cord connected ones! Great for working out, very secure. I use mine on the treadmill and i never have to worry about snagging the cord. Reception goes through walls without dropping the connection. Go out and get them ASAP while they are on sale!!!
