Bought one for myself and my son loved them too! So he’s getting one for Christmas! I absolutely love the quality, and stay in my ears when I exercise and don’t fall out if I sweat too much!

I purchased this product and it was on backorder. I had to wait almost a month for it to ship. When I finally received it, the sound quality was great... but less than ONE MONTH after purchasing these VERY EXPENSIVE earbuds, the left earbud stopped functioning on phone calls. Any time you tried to make a call or listen to voice mail, all you would get is a high pitched electronic hum... no voices whatsoever. Upon calling Best Buy, I was told because they were more than 15 DAYS OLD, they were not eligible for return/replacement. Horrible quality for the price. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM BEST BUY.

Bought them twice and returned them. Weird pairing process.

Much prefer the Bose Sports Earbuds. These are very touchy - you can't independently listen to one without the other shutting off. Would NOT recommend nor purchase again.

This was a late Christmas gift for my dad because he loved the one I had. I got him the tire color because it was on sale, not because I liked the color. After picking it up and seeing the color in person, I wanted to give him my blue Beats. I love these earphones.

The ear buds did not last three months. Sent them off to Apple Store to repair. Apple offered to fix the them for $100 more dollars than I paid for them. They basically accuse me of putting them in water. Bought them for someone who works out with them, so they do sweat. Box says Sweat and Water resistant. Let me assure you; they are not. This product is an absolute piece of garbage.

I bought these as a gift because I already owned a pair and knew that they were a great quality with good sound! It helped that they were a good price too as I paid full price for my own

I keep having issues with my right headphone. It either won’t connect or it doesn’t charge in the case.

Although the Powerbeats Pro have a lot of hype behind them the quality of the Beats sound is not there. The bass quality is that of an inexpensive low end headphone. In the Beats brand you get use to a full sound and a higher level volume with range. This doesn’t exist in this headphone. They are good for talking and taking calls.

The headphones are cool, however I can't hear when I'm receiving a incoming call.

Hurt my ears no matter how I adjust them, and it's a nightmare every time I try to get them to connect to my Samsung Galaxy, even with the app. Samsung buds are way cheaper and better quality.

While I am more than pleased with the performance I do have an issue with knowing if I have enough charge on the piece I only use one at a time on my daily walk and it went out on me while walking no radio to enjoy even though it had more than four hours in case to recharge

They work alright and fit goof but the sound ain't all that.

Ridiculous policy Best Buy that rewards points aren’t given for POWERBEATS. This item cost over $200. I will purchase all of my electronics online going forward. It’s cheaper and they don’t cheat loyal longtime customers. This is precisely why box stores are closing all over the country. Good luck with that.

I liked the Powerbeats Pro, good sound and they didn't fall out/off my ear when working out, biking, or running. There may by 70 - 100 hours of listening on these and they are just about 1 year new. Here is the rub, the charging case stopped functioning correctly, wouldn't charge the right earphone and stopped emitting bluetooth connectivity. Given that it is covered under the mfg warranty, Best Buy says to contact the mfg, which is Apple, but the Apple support sight doesn't recognize the Serial Number for the Beats so now I can't get support from either Best Buy or Apple. So much for standing behind your product. At $250, I would think they would last more than a year.....beware buyers.

I honestly did not care for the product. I like the wireless ones with cord better.

The volume level and charge in these is better than the Bose SoundSport. The left earbud stopped charging after 8 months of use. I'm very disappointed especially given how much they cost.

They worked OK for a few days. Then the last one stopped working altogether.

Don’t buy rarely used them and of course right after the warranty expired they Dnt work I’ve tried everything to try and get em to connect again and no go ,, great while they lasted won’t buy them again
