The sound was really good but I was never able to get the fit right. I couldnt put them in and leave them on for several hours without them hurting the back and inside of my ears. They did stay in place but just too uncomfortable for me so I ended up returning them and purchased airpod pros.

Works great with apple phone. Didn't link up well with Samsung phone.

Good Customer service Beats by Dr. Dre works nicely when working out at the gym or just walking around the lakes. I would repurchase this product. Give a gift to family and friends.

Work outside and deal with water, and was a bit worried they'd fall off my ears. Been wearing them for almost a month and no problems, and they stay on regardless of how much i move.

I am happy with my purchase. I have purchased others that do not wrap around my ears and i was not satisfied with them. These are excellant for listening and even surprisingly talking.

I like the outstanding battery lifespan. Also, if you looking for workouts headphone here is bus stop they fits perfectly and allows you to run without worrying about them falling off

For the price, terrible sound quality. Amazing return policy of 15 days here at Best Buy leaves me with them since I’m at 20 days (thought I’d give them a chance).

Love the design and sound but not worth the price and battery dies too soon

Very uncomfortable design, sound quality was not good. They were practical for the gym, but still not comfortable. Good connectivity, good battery life. Ended up returning this item.

Sound acceptable. With noise cancelling i can still hear the around sounds.

Totally stinks in the sound deparTment. Why did I switch from Bose to these? Do not be mislead by the positive reviews and Apple name. These are lacking and sound like earphones did 5 years ago. I need crisp clean sound with good base at the gym and these don’t even give me that at home so I couldn’t imagine in a noisier environment. Why these got so many good reviews is beyond me because they must have been fake! Totally not worth even $80 because my last pair of Jabras were that price and they sound 1,000x’s better. Will return these today for sure!

I had the Powerbeats and they worked great aside from that cord that had them attached, decided to buy these and I was very disappointed. The sound quality had a dropped and then when you would use them to talk on the phone it would loose you voice so people wouldn’t be able to hear you and would only hear bits and pieces.

Sounds good but still hear outside noise. Can’t wear for long periods of time.

Love that they auto shutoff! I like charging them in the case as compared to my previous headphones that required them to be connected to a cord directly. I can charge them, recharge my case and then have an extra charge ready to go if I’m out and about.

This is the way to go. By far the best Bluetooth headphones I have ever purchased. Bought these for my wife and they have had no issues all the way up to now, October 2021. Now with the update, they can be tracked with Find My app.

Sound is decent. Price should drop drastically. It connects easy

I’ve had these headphones for 6 months now. Every week, when I put them on, one of them won’t be working while the other is. My phone displays the one that’s working has 100% battery life, and the one that isn’t working is at 0%. This is despite the fact that both were in the Casa since my last use. I took then to Apple once before to get then looked at but the same problem keeps occurring. Usually they end up working again after I charge the dead one, but this is such a huge inconveniences and ruins my experience with the buds. I got them specifically for working out with, and there’s nothing more annoying than working it with only one working ear bud. These headphones suck.

The headphones were fine when I first purchased them a few months ago. I didn’t use them too often, but every time I’ve used them my right ear bud was always dead. I’ve tried everything I could think of to get it to charge again. There’s just something wrong with the metal piece that charges it. I can monitor the charging on my phone and I can literally see it disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly when it’s set down on my table. After fidgeting the headphones for about 20 minutes and sometimes charging the right ear pod by itself, it’ll charge successfully. In my opinion, these are not worth the risk of the price you pay. I’m officially done with Beats by Dre products.
