I Was expecting a little better sound and bass hard to put on my ears

DO NOT BUY. These things sound great and fit well. Only problem is they completely stopped working after a month. They just would no longer connect to my Ipad. I looked on line and I'm not the only one who has this problem. I also purchased the extended warranty only to find that what I'd really bought was Apple Care. This means that I couldn't just take them back and get a new device-I have to deal with Apple. Its a pain and if I'd been warned I would have purchased something different....something that didn't cost more than 200 bucks. Be forewarned.

When they work, they are great! But almost all of the time one or another of the head phones will not connect, despite the other phone being paired. I have returned it for repairs, but they still can't fix it.

The speakers are very low, the Apple AirPods are lauded.

These ear buds were purchased for my wife to use while walking. She is particular about things on her ears and head. She likes these and they stay in place while wearing.

Lasted 2years my left ear phone dies within 2hrs after being charged for hrs.

These are great just wish they would have lasted longer after about a year of working out in them the sound goes in and out. Also 1 war bud world always have issues connecting after about a year.

I received it 2 days before vacation i didn't use it for phone calls until i came back, the right side I can hear but the person on the other side can't hear me I haven't been able to go to the store to see if there something they can do. I really like my beats they are my 3rd pair but I'm not happy this time.

The sound is ok at best. The case is huge. The constant disconnects where 1 earbud has no sound and have to re-pair is beyond frustrating. Need the case to pair so that his becomes problematic. Would not buy again.

Had charging and connection issues from the beginning. Has gotten worse. Yesterday the left earphone stopped working altogether. It's to the point now where I can't even use them.

The only thing good I can say is that they fit good and sound good. Getting them to charge and hold a charge is a different story. Would not buy again.

I actually bought these as a gift for my mom for her birthday and she had no idea how nice they would actually be. She wanted a pair of true wireless headphones to wear while she works in the yard and had fallen in love with these!!!

One ear stopped charging after only 2 uses. Reading other reviews it seems like it may be a common issue. They’re great when they work like they are supposed to but a hassle to get fixed when they stop charging

When they work they work great, but frequently one side connects but other will not. Right side has an issue connecting. Sometimes requiring multiple attempts. Have 2 pairs, both same issue, same side.

Not loud enough to hear over a lawn mower. Not bad for the gym though

Love Love My Beats.. I kept going back & forth & reading on line what was the best Earphones. These are the ones. I am older but still Love my Music & I can talk to My Family. Ride my Bike, Walk & do my chores around my home with these on.

They are decent headphones but they are very uncomfortable in a short period of time. Sound is not the best if you like base these are not good for base at all. The sound is not bad it’s good. But when Compared to other headphones like the air pod pros these are not it. The air pod pros are better as far as sound and the noise cancelation the beats do not have that. If you want secure headphones and do not mind the comfort level then the beats are for you the comfort is just terrible but they will not come off if working out or doing serious movement. Research hard before purchasing
