Sounds like I’m in a tunnel and the buds hurts my ears

Returned so i could exchange for airpods, but they said i had to wait for reward certificate to be posted back on my account. Now 17 days later and still no reward certificate and hence still no headphones. Called Customer Service and they say they will send to a specialist, which will take who knows how long.

Bought these for my fiancé. I’ve owned a few pairs of these. They are a game changer and time saver. Working out and jogging are seamless and great sound for day to day as well!!

I really wanted to like these, but I had to go back to AirPods because the noise cancellation helps. Well I am working.

Purchased these a little over a month ago for my husband and one of the earbuds is not working already....of course right outside of Best Buys return window, Very disappointed in this product.

Right earbud disconnects constantly despite having plenty of power. It makes the low battery noise and "dies", despite having 80% or more power. Re-pairing works, but only temporarily. I am lucky to get 30 or 40 continuous minutes of music on the right side; left side has never had a problem. I'd like to give more than one star, since the build quality seems nice, but stereo headphones that prefer to play through only one side aren't stereo at all. This is a deal-breaker of a bug so I feel one star is fair. These are terribly overpriced considering the quality - $250 is way too much for something that didn't even last a year.

Received these headphones as a gift. After opening and allowing them to charge, I realized that the left ear bud doesn't work. It won't charge and no sound. With how much these things cost, they definitely should be working properly. The case itself doesn't stay charged long. Sound quality is good, I'm sure it would be better with both ear pieces however

These headphones are amazing. They’re so versatile that you can use them in the gym or use them for work when you’re on video calls and don’t want to have wires running around. The color is also really cool.

Basically they are AirPods but without the wireless charger in black

Own AirPods and bought these for my kids thinking that these would help stay in third ears. But they did not work as well as I thought .. sound was good but did not connect as easily as AirPods do

Worked great. Button in the right that plays and pauses stopped working, it seems jammed. I don’t use them much only when I work. Kinda disappointed since I payed so much for them.

Was a gift that for my brother and I also bought one for my father both of them are very satisfied. My brother wanted one to workout since he tried the AirPods and did not like this one he is in love so I guess was a good pick !

I purchased these for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them. Super versatile and easy to take on the road. He already has a few other headphones from Beats so maybe he was a little biased.. but he still loves them :).

I wish they didn't charge so much for different colors. This particular pair keep disconnecting from wi fi- blue tooth. my other pair no problems and sound is great. still they are pricey.

Pretty good only downside is they are big and after 2 hours they start to hurt your ear. They also sounded like regular headphones u get from a gas station so wasn’t super impressed especially for the price.

These headphones were Very easy to lose, and the music cuts out from ear to ear at times as if they have a shortage. I’ve hung up on people a lot when adjusting the earphones in my ear the beats button it tapped or swiped disconnects really quick .

This is the 3rd time I have tried these over the years. Each time I'm disappointed. Maybe I should've learned after the 1st time!! No ANC!! That alone is a joke for the price tag. ALWAYS have problems connecting to my iPhone. Made by the same company. You would think they had that figured out. Left will charge and right won't - or vice versa. I'm typically a big Apple fan. But these are absolute junk. Save yourself the time and money.

It was a great purchase. But after 2 years they no longer last over 2 hours of talk time . One side only last 30 mins , but guess what I order some more 2022 .
