These are great for studying but have big connection issues. They will randomly stop playing audio but on your device it will show that the video or music is still playing. The only way to get them to work again is to put them back in the case and reconnect or restart it.

I've bought these on 2 separate occasions and they both had the same problem. They won't charge reliably. You have to move them around and mess with them, and it just isn't worth it, especially for the price. I won't be buying Beat products.

Average audio for music. Not impressed. Purchased on 01/06/20 and returning today. Not worth the 179.00 that I paid for. What I did like was the fit and the multi earbuds for customization.

For the on-sale price, these were must-haves. Perfect for active lifestyle. My girlfriend who I got these for likes the fact that they are not active noise-cancelling, so if you are looking for NC earbuds LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I didn’t care for the audio quality and returned them. The price point for the quality they deliver is not good, I’d probably buy again if they were $75

I don't know if mine are just defective, but these are borderline unusable. A software/hardware defect makes it so that you can't actually tell if they are charging, and there isn't an independent on/off ability, so they often sit in the "charging" station with the battery draining while idle. When firmware updates come through, they work better for a second, then it's more of the same. I'm sure Beats would be embarrassed with the product if they weren't busy Scrooge McDuck-ing through that Apple money.

My husband was really excited to get these for Christmas and when he tried them on for the 1st time a few weeks ago he was really disappointed with the sound. He thought that they would be better compared to his other beats the bigger ones.

I own beats with noise cancellation and choose this for exercise but the quality of the sound was not even what I expect and I chose to return it. But I still recommend beats with noise cancellation

Unfortunately sound was a big step down from version 1, returned and picked up AirPod pro 2, they are amazing. Voices sound great but lost the music and base.

Great for working out. I prefer over-the-ear headphones during the day. Sometimes I struggle with in-ear headphones as my ears aren't the right shape for them. These have worked well so far.

This is my second pair of these and what garbage. I replaced the first pair because one of the headphones wouldn't charge. This second pair isn't any better. One of my headphones just died today 30 minutes into my workout and it was fully charged.

They are ok. I expected a tad more, for the price. They still slide out of the ear when running sometime. I also wish the volume was a little louder. Overall though, they are just ok for me.

These headphones had a couple of good features but overall were awful headphones. I will start with the good. They look great and I love the fact that they are over the ear and never had issues with them falling out of my ear. Even when I was running or jumping they were always stable. Another great thing is that they come with a little case that always kept them safe. I used these for a year and never had any kind of scratch on them even though I used them every week. Now the bad, the biggest issue I had with these is that the only way to charge them was the case. If you didnt have the connect just right they would charge. Some times I would go to use them and one ear would be dead since the connection wasnt just right. Eventually it just stopped charging all together. this was something that probably happened half the time I would try to use them, one headphone would just be dead. I really wanted to like these but they were more of a pain than anything else. I purchased apple care + with these and I would not recommend, best buy wanted to charge a deductible to use my protection plan because the headphone wouldnt charge even though they were in perfect looking condition. There was not a scratch on the case or headphones, I did not want to put more money into headphones that have such a faulty issue as charging by the case. Id say spend your money on something else.

The did quality was great but I had to return because the top part that goes over your east did not adjust, which made them uncomfortable and painful after an extended period.

I bought these with great hype but again you know how apple products work with android devices, I have issues and instances where the headphones arent picked up by the laptop and by some miracle if they do get picked up the sound quality is blah not the greatest.

Love the quality and sound. It just wasn't really compatible with my phone due to it being a android. With the beat app it worked fine but it just felt i couldn't get the full usage of it.
