    Great Buds, but....

The ear buds deliver solid sound, but that’s the only nice thing I can honestly say about them. Contrary to other users, I find the fit of these buds to be much less than comfortable when used alongside sunglasses. But here’s the main issue.... the included charging case. Who has time to tinker with the way the buds sit in the case until you get it just right and they charge? Not me! ABSOLUTE JUNK

These were to bulky for me so I returned them and got the Sony buds which are more compact and more comfortable.

Decided to try these while my AirPods Pro were being replaced. I thought the ear clips would make these feel more secure, but the use of hard plastic make these really uncomfortable. They are lacking certain features that come with the AirPods Pro like transparency mode. The charging case is also extremely bulky in comparison. All of these comparison points are made in light of the fact that Apple owns Beats so the large disparity in product features and quality is quite surprising. Furthermore, the AirPods Pro are cheaper at normal MSRP. I will be return these ASAP.

Awesome if you go hard in the gym or run and air pods don’t fit your ears well. Typical beats sound profile and no real customizable equalizer. Case is a little large and doesn’t support wireless charging.

This is the second pair I have bought. The first pair the left ear would not charge within a few years and I thought is was because I was wearing at the gym and from sweat. This pair was bought in July of 2023 and the left ear will not charge again? I sent out for repair and they were returned saying nothing is wrong. Anyone else have this problem?

One ear bud will be at a 100%, the other will be at 0% after being in the charger case all day. If you don’t place the ear buds in in the EXACT and PRECISE way, you’ll be stuck listening to music out of one ear. Needs an update to fix this issue. Super frustrating

They were good for a year but now I have constant trouble with one of these not charging. First it was the left, now it's the right. Makes no sense.

I brought my wife the previous generation Beats and she used them so much they ended up breaking. It was a no brainer to upgrade to the newer version. I really like the charging case that it comes with

When you read reviews about the disappointment with connection issues, the reviewers are understating the issue. A very expensive device that rarely works without spending 5-10 minutes getting it to work. Save your money. The fit on the ears is great. That’s it.

Not worth the money spent won't stay connected have had problems with these headphones after a couple of weeks. The ear loop loosened up after a month so it's not a tight fit around the ear.

Very good quality headphones. However, I returned these red ones. In person, they are actually more of an orange color. I bought the black ones instead and very happy so far.

Beats should have designed these different they fit no better then the regular Powerbeats. Should have designed them more like the BeatsX's was really hoping they'd fit better but since they don't they'll be going back. Maybe Beats will design the next ones better.

I like the Beats Prowerbeats Pro wireless Earphones because they are comfortable and the ear band prevents them from falling out. I am a bit disappointed with the sound quality.

These are trash and low quality. I had them for 15 months and the left one stopped working. I could pay $99 and get it replaced but the entire thing is just low quality. I had another pair of Beats before and they literally fell apart. Way overpriced. Even when they worked, they often had trouble syncing and you would have to put them in the cradle to connect to bluetooth. Sound was OK not awesome. About the only positive was that they definitely stayed in my ears without any issues and were comfortable.
