    Huge Disappointment

For the price extremely disappointing. The sound level at maximum level is a joke. Unless your listening to a song newly released the sound volume is low. I hope a fix can be found for this. Beats is known for loud and powerful sound. These do not meet that standard.

I cannot accurately review this product, it is a birthday gift for later this month BUT it was specifically chosen and requested by the recipient after a lot of researching, so I believe it will be a good product.

    Drops Calls Randomly!! Not Good!!

Disappointed!! I normally like Beats products a lot!! But these Wireless Earbuds (Power Beats Pro) have dropped a lot of my phone calls during the first 6 days after purchase!! Wow, really??!! Yes!!!! Bass is great!! Great for running, but it completely hangs up on people in mid-conversation, not cool!! Others have said the app made things worse, so I'm returning these before the 14 day!! Keep in mind I have owned my Over the ear Beats Studio for years, which are great. And other Beats products have been very good, but not this one!!

I chose these over the AirPods pro because they were on sale for $200 But they are not worth it.. the earbuds would hurt my ears about after an hour and sound quality is ok but I have to have them at full blast while I’m at the gym. Also had to return them twice. 1st time the right side gave out and wouldn’t connect again even after resetting them. The 2nd time they would disconnect out of nowhere so I would have to reconnect them. Returned them for the last time and bought the AirPods pro. I’m a lot happier with the AirPods pro. Should’ve gotten them the first time.

Not really worth it. Connection issues. Sound is not all that great anymore. (Had previous models) if it wasn’t for the hook around the ears that keeps me from losing them i would have returned them.

Really like the earbugs, but I wish the case had a little more texture so it wouldn't slide so easily. There have been a few times when it has slipped out of a jacket pocket or hands because the case is so smooth.

Only pairs in charging case - purchase yellow to $

Almost returned but decided to keep them. The biggest downside is having to pair them from the charging case. Not convenient if you want to pair with something on the go or when they are not in the case. Once paired though, they have nice sound and I like that the sound shuts off in both if one is removed. This way if one fell out you would know to look immediately because the sound stops. Overall they are ok. The bright yellow color is easy to spot and saves you $50 so definitely worth the discount.

    Not for laptops

Bought specifically for conference calls and virtual meetings because advertising says it works with Windows computers. Not only does it NOT, but there is no support from Apple - even if you buy the Applecare+ extended tech support package. I asked if there was a driver I could download and they said there are no drivers and they only support Apple products. Two different Tier Two Apple Techs told me that "if pressing the button on the Powerbeats doesn't connect to the laptop you should call Microsoft." FWIW - my Steelcase wireless headset works fine with my laptop. It was suggested online that the fault lies with Powerbeats' use of Low Energy Bluetooth.

I’m not crazy about the Beats. They are not easy to use while driving which is why I bought them. Answering or making a call is different than my AirPods (I still haven’t figured it out) and when I end a call my music comes on automatically and I don’t want that.

If you’re looking for apple ear pod quality, these are not it. These are expensive. If you’re looking for base and quality sound, I would go with apple ear pods. Less expensive and better quality.

They are pricey, but I’ve enjoyed them. Love the fact I don’t have to worry about changing them every night and can use one without the other. The charging case is bulky and has fell out my pocket, so I don’t recommend putting it there

Needed some good sweat proof ear buds for peloton. As someone who sweats buckets I can say these are the best. They are soundproof as well and easy to block out the wife and kids during my workouts.

I did not even get to hear the sound quality because my ears were to small which suck, because I really wanted these headphones! Oh well I ended up choosing between the jabra elite 75t and the Samsung wireless air buds which is great on bass!

By far the best workout wireless headphones you can buy and honestly if you can save by getting a color that's cheaper than the full price you're better off because it's the same headset regardless of color

It doesn't hold a great charged even if it hasn't been used. So, if not in used I still need to charge it every day and that sucks! for the price it should at least have an option to use less battery when not in use. Also, it was a challenge to use by multiple phone, since I have my personal and the work phone. I had to look it up for it to sync both of them. I expected better for the price and the brand. Also, I don't know if its a protective thing with this item. But, the sound quality not so great. But, again maybe it's a protective thing to not blow your ears. But, still I expected the sound to be better and louder.

The ease of use was awesome. I paired them to one apple device and they automatically paired to all my apple devices. Can use one at a time and if one dies, I just put it in the case and pull the other one out.
