Sound wise they are decent/pretty good but they have to work. I have so many problems with them not connecting, specifically the left earbud. Apparently it’s a pretty common problem. The left ear bud also fails to charge in the case. Don’t know if it doesn’t sit correctly once it hits the magnets, of the ear piece pushes it up, of if the contacts are just bad but it’s hit or miss if I can get the left bud to charge. Most the time it’s dead and defeats the purpose of having the ear buds anyway. I would seriously steer clear of this Apple/beats product

Bought these as a late Christmas gift for my daughter.. she loves them easy transition from taking phone calls, text notifications and her music. Our family loves Beats! She didn’t even mind the color

I have had these for a little over a year and they are great. The only thing is with glasses they move sometimes so I find myself adjusting them semi often at the gym

Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves them and I do as well. They are not falling out of his ears as previous others have.

After a week of wearing these Powerbeats pro, the right earphone is not charging or connecting to my phone. My husband got very frustrated and put them away and didn't want to be bothered with them. We pulled them out, this past weekend and still the same problem. Awful product! Do Not buy! I called Apple support and the gentleman told me that these were only meant to wear for a couple of years and to be thrown away. we spent over 200.00 and he said "meant to be thrown away" We had them for a week, too much money to just throw them away! GO FIGURE!!!

Slip off easily but sound is impressive for not actually being in the ear!

It is well made but the sound quality is just fair

These were uncomfortable. I thought the would be seamless with Apple devices like AirPods, but it wasn’t. Returned. Could work for some that don’t use multiple devices and only for moving around.

I have purchased this product twice. One from my mobile and the last from BB. The one major complaint is that after some time (6 months) the right side will have issues such as no sound or not even with the left side. The form factor is great for when I take long walks or work out instead of my over-the-ear type headphones. For the price, I expected it to go a year without issues. Not sure if that's a realistic expectation but I've had others that cost less that lasted longer before encountering an issue. Issue encountered with both pairs

Bought these for my wife for her birthday and at great price. She loves them. She uses them all the time for work and when she goes to the gym. The color selection is really nice. All around great product.

It was good at the beginning after 1 hour my hears hurt, it is really uncomfortable to wear and to put on, i take good care of it and after 4 days ( during four days I only used them twice) that right one stop working, And both of the. Were fully charged. I thought because it was expensive would be good quality! But I was wrong! People said you got what you paying for! But I have one earphone from amazon that cost me $20 and I have it for a year no problem with those and this ones that a thought would be better let me disappointed!

Sound quality is decent, but overall very poor product. The 2 main problems are that they do not play with just one bud in. IE, if I am listening to music and take out one of the head phones, they stop playing. The 2nd problem is that they do not auto pair with any of my bluetooth devices. Not the end of the world, but having to manually pair them every time you want to use them is fairly annoying.

One ear piece stopped working after 5 months. Kept them in the holder when not in use, the broken earpiece doesn't play sound from my phone and makes a whining sound when I put my hand near.

At first they worked perfectly. Dropped the case once and then everything went wrong. I never knew if they would charge or not and would have to test regularly. I returned them to Best Buy twice and was told they were replaced with brand new ones which I suspect was not the case. After less than a year of use the right ear bud won't charge no matter what.

Only one ear connected, had to return. The device would be in the case closed and would still pick up calls. Barely played audio

Constantly at low battery, they don’t connect to the charger easily. They sometimes disconnect randomly and even when I think they are charging they aren’t….

Generally work well. Only issue is they constantly connect w my phone when not in use and/or while charging. This drains the battery of the ear buds.

They sound way better than AirPods Pro but I've had problems with one of the buds connecting to the charger. It doesn't click into place like the AirPods do and usually I have one pod charged and the other completely drained

Honestly the sound is to low for me I was hoping for the price I paid the volume would go way higher also I can’t re-start the music from the ear you have to use the phone
