i have used Powerbeats for years, and these are the first pair i have bought without the connecting cord (Powerbeats3)... they are very finicky, one headphones tends to not charge in the case, every now and then one headphone does not respond to placement in the ear (sound will not come on)... an enormous disappointment and I regret buying these.

The beats pro fit well on the ears and they're stable when doing intensive sport. But the sounds is not really good especially for me who love music. Also After using them for 1 month one of them don't charge and i don't why.

Good headphones. The only reason I am not giving these a five star review is because sometimes one of the buds doesn’t connect via blue tooth properly. Also, the sound quality could be better too.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have only been using these pieces of crap for 3 weeks. Doesn’t charge half of the time and even when they do, they don’t last more than 30 minutes without dying. SUPER frustrating. Bought my girlfriend and I pairs and they both have the same issue. You would think Apple would make better products, not worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There are way better options for cheaper.

I love my new Beats. I can pop them in and get lost in the rich, deep sound of my music. No outside noise, only the sweet tunes.

They work perfectly with my iPhone 12 Pro Max . They don’t quite for my ear perfectly. But the ability to use just one in which ever ear I want is a positive . So really it should be 4.75 stars

Note: I do not necessarily agree that these are poor (one star) but I do not think they deserve to be considered fair (which is 2 star). For the money, not worth it. There are issues with how the case is designed and how the units charge/sit in the case. It is very finicky and it is a great disappointment going to pull these out and the battery is almost dead or is already dead (seems to be the left one all the time). I have no issues with the performance, sound, etc but I have never had any issues with my AirPods

I bought these 10 months ago and loved them but the right ear stopped working a couple of weeks ago and no amount or research and resetting will cure the problem. I was hoping to get more life out of them for the price I paid.

Apple sucks period things that are based just on apple software sucks period these came with a link so I can download onto my phone and be able to use the headphones period without the app you cannot use the headphones period guess what the app is a 401 error link. Don't waste your time, throw apple products in the trash and anybody who supports their software.

Brought these earbuds in August, they stop sending signal to pair February. Wouldn't recommend.

Even on day 1. Having both connectors sync up has been a nightmare. It's either one not working, or the other. It's super annoying. If they just worked and turned on properly without me having to spend 5 minutes of putting them in the case, and taking them out, they would be perfect. I don't know why having them turn on is the hardest part. After looking on reddit, this is a COMMON issue...

I like these earphones but they are not as comfortable as the first wireless headphones and the sound is not as loud. I do like the charging case and that they automatically turn on when you put them on.

Excellent sound quality, highly recommend for someone who appreciates great sound and has small ears, where usual buds fall out.

Awesome sound from emails being read (Siri) and Spotify playlist. Volume control and other buttons on the ear pieces themselves.

Sometimes I go to workout and one ear piece isn’t charged. Can’t tell if the contact is not lining up. The do charge quick from the case 75% in 15 minutes Doesn’t fit into my hears. Can’t try them out at store so I rolled the dice and lost.

The sound quality is bad for what they cost and used much cheaper device with the same sound quality Get disconnected multiple times in the same day

I don’t know why people keep saying these have great bass but that is a lie. I love hip hop but these are not the best if you want bass. I will be returning these. Also because they hurt my ears. I wanted to use these for the gym because they loop around your ear but its not worth it for thr sound quality. Totally disappointed was expecting more from beats.

Beats have good sound quality unfortunately the battery life is not as advertised on package. They die really fast and i constantly have to recharge them.

I have had these for about a week now and already want to return them, I love the design its great doesn't fall out when I "try" to workout notice I said try, Yeah that's my con these for some reason are having some sort of Connectivity issues, or something they play for a few minutes then the music stops, but I can still see the track moving forward. I spent more time reconnecting these at the gym than working out. other con: A lot of my other headphones are louder than these on full blast I can still hear the gym loudly.
