Sometimes one earphone stops playing without me pushing the button. Sometimes both stop working. Sometimes I can't get it to connect to Bluetooth. I will take them back to the store and have them replaced.

They do not always connect to phone .one side always has an issue one will play and one will be staticky

I love the ease of connection and crystal clear sound. The balance of base and spoken dialogue is optimal. Great purchase!

This item arrived DoA unfortunately very disappointing.

Did not like the sound or how they felt and to return them.

The sound quality is fair but there is better in comparison for the money such as BOSE. I returned these after a week, I was expecting better sound quality based on BEATS other headphone lines and it was not there.

Bought as a gift for the son and he loves them. Now he really listens to nothing I say since he has these on most often.

Died after the warranty expired, they were great but only lasted about 7 months.

Will not connect or charge the battery And now I'm getting email About a class action lawsuit against the power beast

Love these earphones because they have hooks that wrap around your ear. Great for working out. If you are looking for alternatives to Apple Earpods this is a great choice.

Battery is good and the ability to have control on both ear pieces is great. However, for 250 the material feels cheap and not comfortable. In addition, after a few months the power beats can't maintain a connection to my pixel 2.

Pretty good... Not sure if they're worth the money though.. particularly as they're not great for long term wear. They get uncomfortable water a bit. If only the inner ear part wasn't such hard plastic!

Love it. Excellent reception and clarity. My inly pro is the part that goes over my ear competes with my glasses arm. I like the ease of pairing, just need to open the box

I have tried and tried to like these. They wont stay charged or they dont stay connected. Its a hit and miss if they do connect.

Beats are really nice, I just hated that I had to order them again because the first tone I had them shipped to my house and I received the wrong earphones so I had to return them and ordered them again for pickup.

If you have apple products and want an over the ear truly wireless head this is the way to go. I havent been able to get any extended wear comfortable and the case hing has become lose , so ive taken away 1 star.

Trash, $200 later, less than a month wearing and they’re already messed up. Worst part Best Buy’s charges customers premium prices, yet give you a 14 day return policy. At least other top lesss expensive stores give you a better return/exchange policy. My next purchase will be somewhere else.

Same Sound quality as older beats product but TERRIBLE MICROPHONE/PHONE CALL CAPABILITY. Have not had one call where the other person on the phone did not complain about ability to hear me. So frustrating when everyone is saying they can’t hear you or stop mumbling. No way I’m going to go around legit screaming at my headphones My old beats really excelled at this and I was looking for that while shopping. Huge let down and will definitely influence future purchases. With all that being said, I never had issue or dislike and my past Beats products. So one would naturally assume the problem is the user or product. You’ll have to just take my word it’s not a user problem and instead a product problem. Whether that problem is a manufacturing defect or just a sub-par product I do not know.

They don’t fit hurt behind my ears bass is awesome. If you are not wearing them for longer than 3-4 hours then they can be very comfortable

I bought them for farhers day and my husband used them for a few days and said they were very uncomfortable .
