These are terrible. The right earbud has stopped working. Won't charge at all. And now I'm 2 days past the return period. Such a waste of money. Wish I'd never bought them. Plus the Best Buy return time is way too short. PLEASE do not buy these..and PLEASE do not purchase from Best Buy.

Very clear sound , comfortable in the ear. Easy set up . I like the way the beats come on when putting up to the ear.

Is it comfortable in your ear ..however the other person on the other side can hear even your breathing..noise control is not good at all the other so I can hear every single sound

Left ear went out before 1 year I purchased them for Christmas last year for my husband and the left ear bud went out around June 2020. It was outside of the store warranty

Best earbuds I’ve ever owned. If you have an iPhone I can’t recommend them enough. Easiest connection in the world and the charging case makes them that much cooler.

I had another set of beats I bought about 6 years ago. I liked those a lot. So when those were no longer usable I bought these ones a few months ago. Always have liked this brand. Would recommend.

Really good earbuds! Had a different brand that were crap and not much cheaper. Should have gotten these to start with. Easy charge and sync. Would definitely buy again!

Excellant! Love these! I have used the Baby PowerBeats for years and really like these also but the only thing, the cord does get in the way while working. Cordless, all stars now!

The case is the biggest issue here. It is too large to fit in your pocket. The earbuds themselves are difficult to reseat back into the case. The sound quality is disappointing for the price point. You hear everything in the background especially on airplanes. I should have just chose something from the Apple lineup even though I was really trying to stay away from them.

Work great. Awesome sound. Sometimes a little tricky to pair with a new device, but once it is paired, no issues.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had these headphones for a week and they stopped working. Tried returning them to Best Buy and they wouldn’t let me because it was after 15 days. I had geek squad protection. They sent them out. Apple said nothing wrong. Took them home. They still didn’t work. Brought them back to geek squad they sent them out again. Apple said they fixed them this time. Used them for one day on a run. They worked. Next day after charging all night. Nothing. Terrible product. Sound quality isn’t bad when they do actually work.

Thought it would be louder talking on the phone people can hear all background noise. As soon as my 15 day return and exchange expired that’s when problems started. Right eye bud no sound have to put in case for to restore sound with 100% battery. Now left side starting to do the same. Today when working out sound on both buds was going out. Really messed up my workout!

Has good bass, easy pairing with Apple devices and adequate sound. Aside from that it isn’t worth the price. The no noise cancelling is huge, crazy that at this price noise cancellation wouldn’t be available. the “b” on the right ear piece has been falling off for a long time now and from a quick google search it looks like this is a common problem. The Bluetooth CONSTANTLY drops! it is a regular occurrence that one of both earbuds won’t connect to my iPhone. Jarbra is the better device and at a cheaper price. First and last beats product I purchase.

Great headphones at a great price! The Lava colored headphones were the lowest price and well worth the money. Bought them online with in store pickup, which went smoothly.

The fit was good, but the sound just wasn't as great as I would expect for the price. I returned them and purchased something with a lower price tag.

My husband broke one of the last ones he had and was so disappointed that he didn't have a complete pair because he loves these. I just had to get him another one. Great product.

Great workout headphones. I bought these because the AirPods were falling out to easily when I was running and these had great reviews. Have not been disappointed!
